Hey there! I’m Noor Hoda, your friendly neighborhood running coach. Ready to kickstart your journey to becoming a better, healthier you?

But before we dive into the world of running, let me share a little bit about my own journey.

 

So, not too long ago, I was your typical couch potato. Sports? Hard pass. Exercise? ABSOLUTELY NOT! But then life threw me a curveball – health issues started creeping in, and I knew I had to make a change.

 

Enter a friend who saw something in me I didn’t even know was there – potential (Ngl, I did curse her in the beginning for her ways). However, she somehow convinced me to give running a shot, and you know what? That first few runs changed everything.

 

Running became more than just exercise – it became my therapy, my joy, my passion. Along the way, I learned a thing or two about the importance of proper form – how it can prevent injuries and boost performance.

 

I would lie if I said that this whole experience has been a bed of roses. No!!! It definitely wasn’t.
